The Workers Wardrobe standard turnaround time for despatching orders with embroidery is 10 working days from artwork approval or 10 working days from receipt of the client’s order for repeat customers. The Workers Wardrobe strives to get each order out in the quickest possible timeframe assuring the highest quality.
Delivery will be made by postal or courier service at The Workers Wardrobe discretion and will be paid for by the customer. The price indicated at time of purchase is an estimate only, and should the freight cost vary once the order is processed, we will contact the customer to confirm the new cost before the order is dispatched.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in any original packaging. You’ll also need your original order number which would have been emailed to you at the time of placing your order online.
